Day 1
Travel to Nashville, TN
Grand Ole Opry Tour
The six-foot circle of dark, well-worn oak on the Opry House stage stands as a shining symbol of tradition. This iconic circle allows both newcomers and legends to perform on the same spot where country music greats like Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, and Carrie Underwood once stood.
AIM Experience Masterclass
Kick off the weekend with a customized masterclass through the AIM Experience. Spend 60-90 minutes working with a professional clinician to refine your festival performance, strengthen your skills, and reinforce what you’ve learned in the classroom.
Day 3
Festival performances continued
Festival performances continue throughout the day. Your ensemble’s scheduled performance time will be shared in advance, allowing you to plan your day accordingly while enjoying the full festival experience.
Johnny Cash Museum visit
Explore the Johnny Cash Museum, where artifacts, memorabilia, and handwritten lyrics from his final song bring the story of the Man in Black to life.
Awards Ceremony and Dinner
Celebrate at your awards ceremony hosted at Wildhorse Saloon, where choirs, orchestras, and bands are recognized for high scores within their class, and standout individuals are honoured for exceptional performances. The evening also includes dinner and line dancing with your group.
