Bring your students to discover three vibrant world capitals on this immersive journey from London to Madrid. Your class can look forward to exploring the impressive collections of iconic museums, including the National Gallery, the Louvre, and the Reina Sofia. Your students will also experience authentic Spanish culture during a traditional flamenco performance and roam through the vast halls of Madrid’s Royal Palace.

Day 2
Arrive in London
Meet your Tour Director
Your 24-hour Tour Director will meet you at the airport and remain with your group until your final airport departure.
Classic fish & chips dinner
Nothing says local flavor quite like fish and chips. Join your Tour Director at a traditional pub to enjoy this classic dish, usually served with a side of malt vinegar. From bustling cities to seaside towns, “chippies” remain a favourite stop for locals and visitors alike.
Day 3
London guided sightseeing tour
Join a licensed local guide for an in-depth tour of London. See Buckingham Palace, where you may catch the Changing of the Guard, and stroll through Hyde Park, home to the famous Speakers’ Corner. View Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, then step inside Westminster Abbey, the coronation site of English monarchs. Continue to St. Paul’s Cathedral, Christopher Wren’s masterpiece, and admire the iconic Tower Bridge spanning the Thames.
Day 4
London guided sightseeing tour

Reina Sofia Museum visit
Officially Spain’s National Museum of 20th Century Art, the Reina Sofía houses masterpieces by Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. Its most famous work is Picasso’s Guernica, a powerful anti-war statement. Beyond the galleries, the museum also offers a vast library, archive, bookstore, and restaurant, making it a hub of art and culture.

LEAP Spirit of Spain
Immerse yourself in the art that captures the passion of Spain. Compare the techniques and meanings in the works of artists from El Greco to Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso. Deepen your understanding of art history as you debate how these and other masters defined and shaped Spanish culture.
Flamenco evening
Discover this world-famous gypsy dance, its music, and rich history as you watch professional dancers perform, and give the intricate footwork and elaborate arm gestures a try yourself.
Optional Extension
Add 5 Days in Andalusia
Travel first to Seville via Córdoba, where you’ll tour the stunning Mezquita, one of the world’s greatest examples of Moorish architecture. In Seville, a guided sightseeing tour takes you to Plaza de España, the Old Jewish Quarter, Casa de Pilatos, and the vast Gothic cathedral, where you’ll ascend the Giralda Tower and see the tomb of Columbus. Continue to the Costa del Sol by way of Granada for a guided visit of the Alhambra, including its gardens, Summer Palace, Medina, Royal Arab Baths, and Alcazaba fortress. Experience a Taste of Andalusia with an olive oil grove visit, a walk through Alfarnatejo’s Old Town, a stop at the House Museum, and lunch with a local host family. Conclude your extension in Madrid after traveling there by Talgo train.

Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance
Through the WorldStrides Canada Financial Assistance Program (FAP), we provide travel grants to elementary and secondary school facing financial hardship. These grants, which can be up to $250 for coach tours and up to $1,000 for flight tours, are designed to make our programs more accessible to students from all backgrounds. Interested families are encouraged to speak with their school to learn more about our confidential application process.
Payment Plans
Monthly Automated Plan
Enroll with a deposit of $99 plus the cost of your travel protection plan (if included). We’ll automatically debit the rest of your tour fee from your chequing account in equal monthly payments, with the final payment due 35 days before you travel.
Please note: If two consecutive payments are declined, your account will be moved to the 4-Step Manual Plan.
4-Step Manual Plan
Manage your payments manually with a $249 initial payment plus your travel protection plan costs (if included). You’ll then make three more payments at key milestones as your departure date approaches. The final balance is due 65 days before your trip.
Please note: Payments on this plan are not automatically deducted and must be made manually.
