Your players will train with professionals in exclusive coaching clinics, compete against local teams, attend a professional soccer match, and enjoy private tours of Estádio da Luz and Estádio do Dragão. They’ll explore the stunning coastal cities of Lisbon and Porto, strolling cobblestone streets and visiting historical landmarks like Castelo de São Jorge, Porto Cathedral, and Palácio da Bolsa.

Lisbon city walk
Explore Lisbon on a guided city walk through neighborhoods shaped by centuries of global trade. Wander the narrow lanes of the Alfama quarter, spend time in lively Rossio Square, and explore the Chiado quarter’s cafés and shops before strolling along Avenida da Liberdade, the city’s grand, tree-lined boulevard.
Castelo de São Jorge visit
Explore Castelo de São Jorge, the historic heart of Lisbon and the city's birthplace. Once home to the Phoenicians and later various conquerors, this iconic castle reveals Lisbon's rich past.
Attend professional soccer match
Experience a professional soccer match like never before as you chant and cheer alongside passionate fans and watch world-famous players compete on the pitch (subject to league schedule).
Day 4
Estádio da Luz guided visit
Take a guided tour of Estádio da Luz, home to Benfica. This iconic stadium reflects the greatness of its host club and stands as the largest and most modern sports venue in Portugal. Since its inauguration, it has hosted over 11 million spectators and countless matches and events.
Friendly soccer match
Play an international friendly match against a local club or academy team. Compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and build connections that can turn into lasting friendships.
Day 5
Professional coaching clinic
Participate in this special clinic with a guest coach, player, or instructor. The clinic is designed exclusively for your team and to enhance your skills in the areas identified by your coaching staff.
Day 6
Travel to Porto
Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal, renowned for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants' houses and cafés. São Francisco Church is famous for its lavish Baroque interior adorned with ornate gilded carvings. The palatial 19th-century Palácio da Bolsa, formerly a stock exchange, was built to impress potential European investors.
Torre dos Clérigos visit
Ascend the Torre dos Clerigos (Clerics' Tower), the tallest structure in Portugal when completed in 1763. As the main feature of the city's skyline, ships used it as a guide when coming into Cais da Ribeira. The top of the tower offers spectacular views of the city.

Day 7
Estádio do Dragão guided visit
Tour of the home of Futebol Clube do Porto, one of Portugal’s top football clubs. Opened on November 16, 2003, this impressive stadium has a capacity of 50,035 spectators. Don’t miss the chance to visit the club’s museum, showcasing its rich history and achievements.

Porto Cathedral visit
The Porto Cathedral is the city’s most important religious landmark and has been declared a National Monument. Construction began in the 12th century, but the cathedral has been rebuilt and renovated numerous times over the centuries. While predominantly Baroque in style, its façade and nave are Romanesque, and its cloister and one of its chapels reflect Gothic design.
Palácio da Bolsa guided visit
Tour the Palácio da Bolsa and marvel at its grand Arabian Room, inspired by the Alhambra in Granada.

Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance
Through the WorldStrides Canada Financial Assistance Program (FAP), we provide travel grants to elementary and secondary school facing financial hardship. These grants, which can be up to $250 for coach tours and up to $1,000 for flight tours, are designed to make our programs more accessible to students from all backgrounds. Interested families are encouraged to speak with their school to learn more about our confidential application process.
Payment Plans
Monthly Automated Plan
Enroll with a deposit of $99 plus the cost of your travel protection plan (if included). We’ll automatically debit the rest of your tour fee from your chequing account in equal monthly payments, with the final payment due 35 days before you travel.
Please note: If two consecutive payments are declined, your account will be moved to the 4-Step Manual Plan.
4-Step Manual Plan
Manage your payments manually with a $249 initial payment plus your travel protection plan costs (if included). You’ll then make three more payments at key milestones as your departure date approaches. The final balance is due 65 days before your trip.
