    • How do I create a new account (username and password)?

      Create a new account by logging into our customer portal.

      1. Use the Register Now button on Programs at WorldStrides.ca, then enter your program or trip ID to get started in our portal.
      2. Be sure to have your payment method on hand, sine you'll need it to finalize registration.
      3. If you prefer to have us create an account and register for you, call WorldStrides Customer Support.

    • How do I add programs to my account?

      To add programs to your existing account, log in to the portal and create a registration for the new program. If you’d like help, contact WorldStrides Customer Support.

    • How can I reinstate my account?

      To reinstate your account, please reach out to our WorldStrides Customer Service team.

    • Help! I forgot my account password.

      To retrieve your password please contact WorldStrides Customer Support.

    • How do I update information in my profile?
