The WorldStrides Travel Credit can be used to make any payment toward a WorldStrides Canada program. You will need to call our Customer Support Team to redeem all or part of your Travel Credit. Please have your 21-digit travel credit ID and PIN on hand so our representative may process your payment.
Yes, your WorldStrides Travel Credit is fully transferable to any traveller on a WorldStrides Canada program. WorldStrides will only verify the 21-digit code, PIN number, and balance available at redemption to process a payment.
We recommend that you make a copy of your email and store it in a safe place. If you should misplace or accidentally delete your WorldStrides Travel Credit email, call our Customer Support Team. We will replace your WorldStrides Travel Credit with the appropriate balance upon verification at that time.
Any refund due resulting from a cancellation made by the traveller is facilitated under our standard cancellation policy unless the traveller purchased one of our travel protection plans. Refunds are returned to their original forms of payment, so your refund may be returned in the form of a new Travel Credit.
